Description:
UNILOCK 5-axis face-grip adapter, size 80 mm.

- Body: rust-free tool steel.
- Clamping pin: low carbon steel.

Version:
- Contact faces on the body hardened and ground.
- Clamping pin oxidised; contact faces hardened and ground.

Application / Note:
- Suitable for clamping workpieces that must be machined on all sides.
- Workpieces remain freely accessible without interfering edges from clamping elements.
- Workpieces are attached from below with a socket-head screw and pulled onto the face-grip toothed surface.
- Can be mounted directly on a basic module with rotation lock or on an add-on module H 75 mm with rotation lock.
