UNILOCK 5-axis add-on clamp module, system size 50 mm, Form B, with rotation lock.

Application / Note:
- Used for raising basic modules and mounting bases.
- Optimum assembly height can be achieved by combining the basic module and add-on module.
- System size 50 add-on module can also be combined with system size 80.

Clamping Forces:
- With M8 fastening screw: 15,000 N.
- With M10 fastening screw: 25,000 N.
- Values apply with DIN EN ISO 4762 property class 12.9 cap screws.
- Clamping pins may only be clamped with a mounted interchangeable unit in the clamping module.

System Technical Reference:
- Functional slides are closed by manual rotary movement of a threaded spindle with RH/LH threads and lock the clamping pin with frictional force.
- Self-locking: clamping pin remains in the tensioned module even if external tensile force exceeds the retraction force.
- Actuation torque: 10 Nm.
- Repeat accuracy with clamping pin Form A: <0.005 mm.
- Short-cone centring provides precise centring with radii to ease insertion.
- Clamping modules are generally not approved for turning applications.
