Support element for supporting overhanging workpiece sections.

Application:
Prevents vibration and bending of overhanging workpiece parts during machining.

Method of Operation:
- Turn the side cam screw using hexagon socket SW 6; the support bolt advances under light spring force until it contacts the workpiece
- Continue turning to the lock position; the support bolt locks without changing position
- Turn the cam screw in the opposite direction to unlock, then continue to the unlock position so the support bolt retracts

Notes:
Mount using the two M6 tapped holes, or replace the M12x10 plug screw with the supplied M12x30 grub screw for direct T-slot mounting. The M12 tapped hole must always be filled. Various rest pads can be fitted in the M8 tapped hole.
