Description:
Locating bush Form A (tapered/conical centring) for pneumatic locating cylinders; counterpart to the locating cylinder in a fixture or interchangeable subplate.

Material:
Carbon steel.

Version:
- Housing hardened and black oxidised.
- Contact faces ground.

Function / Installation:
- The locating bush is centred in a reamed hole and then fastened with four screws.
- The locating-cylinder balls engage in the groove of the locating bush to form a fast, secure and highly accurate changeover unit.
- The system is designed to reduce setup and changeover times.
- Observe the published installation notes for the locating bushes.
- Form A is used for tapered/conical centring, Form B for compensation, and Form C for cylindrical positioning/clamping.
- Published mounting spacing tolerance: +/-0.02 mm.
