Tool-free mandrel collet with cam lever for joining and clamping two components.

Features:
- Form-fit positioning followed by frictional clamping
- Adjustable clamping range and holding force
- Suitable for blind holes
- Integrated disc-spring assembly generates positive down force

Operation:
- Insert the clamping system into the hole in the open state
- During locking, the mandrel collet expands and clamps in the lower component
- The disc springs pull the two components together

Notes:
Values are guide values without a safety factor. The cam lever should preferably be vertical when the collet is positioned in the bore. Function was tested in H7-tolerance bores.
