Description:
Plastic clamping lever with female thread and integrated clamping force intensifier.

Function:
- Integrated clamping force intensifier can increase clamping force by up to 75% compared with standard clamping levers.
- Users with limited hand strength can achieve comparable clamping forces with less effort; reduced effort is also required to loosen the clamping lever.
- The increase in clamping force is generated by an integral needle roller thrust bearing that produces very low surface friction on a rigid contact surface during clamping.
- Hardened thrust washers are designed for high clamping forces and the bearing's high load rating supports long service life.
- The large stationary contact surface protects the clamped component; a separate washer is not required.

- Handle: fibreglass reinforced plastic with die-cast zinc toothed ring.
- Steel parts: grade 5.8.

Version:
- Steel parts black oxidised.
- Axial needle bearing with hardened and ground thrust washer.

Colour:
Black Grey (RAL 7021), colour code Delta=1.

Method of Operation:
When not actuated, the handle is engaged in the toothed insert by means of a toothed ring, enabling the thread to be tightened or loosened. Lifting the handle allows it to be repositioned; spring force then re-engages it in the toothed ring.
