Description:
Zinc clamping lever with male thread and integrated clamping force intensifier.

Function:
- Integrated clamping force intensifier can increase clamping force by up to 75% compared with standard clamping levers.
- Users with limited hand strength can achieve comparable clamping forces with less effort; less effort is also needed to loosen the lever.
- The integral needle roller thrust bearing generates very low surface friction on a rigid contact surface during clamping.
- Hardened thrust washers are designed for high clamping forces and the bearing has a high load rating for long service life.
- The large stationary contact surface protects the clamped component; a separate washer is no longer required.
- Modular construction permits many special designs.

Material:
- Handle: die-cast zinc DIN EN 12844.
- Steel parts: grade 5.8.

Version:
- Handle plastic-coated or high-gloss trivalent passivated.
- Steel parts black oxidised.
- Axial needle bearing with hardened and ground thrust washer.

Orange RAL 2004 (colour code Delta=2)

Method of Operation:
In the default position, the handle is engaged with the threaded insert through a toothed ring. Lifting the handle allows repositioning; spring force re-engages it in the toothed ring.
