Description:
DS fixed jaw for multi-clamping system, Form A, smooth version.

Material:
Tool steel.

Version:
Hardened and ground, HRC 55 +/-2.

Note:
- Form A smooth version is for pre-machined workpieces.
- Form B serrated version is for raw parts.
- Form C offset/stepped version is for clamping with a small clamping edge.
- Lateral fastening holes are used for workpiece end stops.
- Two screw-on holes on the clamping surfaces permit seating ledges to optimise clamping depth.

Application:
- The DS fixed jaw is positioned on the clamping rail according to the clamping situation.
- Tightening the fastening screw creates a form-fit connection through the toothing.
- Fixed jaws with two fastening screws are preferred where higher machining forces are applied.

Advantages:
Lateral scales on the clamping rail and fixed jaw allow precise positioning of the fixed stop.
