Multi-clamping system with double-sided wedge clamps and DS fixed jaws, smooth jaw-face version.

- Clamping rail and fixed jaw hardened and ground, HRC 55 +/-2.
- Wedge clamp hardened and phosphated.

Mounting / Note:
- Multi-clamping system can be fastened using several interfaces.
- Lateral clamping edge accepts a clamping claw set; claw clamps can be positioned as required.
- Holes provided for DIN cap screws.
- Dia.25 mm locating holes for conventional zero-point clamping systems with 200 mm spacing.
- Dia.16 mm locating holes for zero-point clamping systems with 96 mm spacing.
- Three 18H7 alignment slots allow crosswise and lengthwise alignment on T-slot tables.
- Dia.12F7 and Dia.16F7 reamed holes support 40 mm and 50 mm grid systems.
- System variants comprise K1828 double-sided wedge clamp with ES fixed jaw, K1829 double-sided wedge clamp with DS fixed jaw, and K1830 single-sided wedge clamp with ES fixed jaw.

Application:
- Multiple systems with different lengths can be mounted one behind another or beside each other.
- Precision toothing permits highly accurate fixed-jaw positioning.
- Lateral graduations allow each fixed-jaw position to be documented and reset identically.
- Stops can be mounted in the tapped holes on the side.
- Turning the clamping screw moves the clamping segments outward and presses the workpiece against the fixed jaw.

Advantages:
